Easy pizza dough

 

    Ingredients 
    187ml/3/4 cups warm water
      1 tsp dried yeast 
      A pinch of sugar
      300g/2 cups plain flour     
      1/2 tsp salt  
      30ml/1/8 cup of olive oil
      Tomato purée (or tomato ketchup)
      Any toppings you want
      
   
  1. Put the water in a small bowl, add the yeast and sugar then leave for 4/5 minutes to froth up.
  2. Put flour and salt in a big bowl and mix together.
  3. Make a well in the flour, add the yeast and mix.
  4. Add the oil in and mix with your hands.
  5. On a floured surface knead for 1/2 minutes. 
  6. Add the oil and leave for 45 minutes to rise.
  7. Oil a baking tray,  roll out the dough and spread the tomato purée.
  8. Use any toppings you like.
  9. Bake for 40/45 minutes.

Quick'n'easy vanilla toffee sauce




          Ingredients  

      20g butter 
      30g sugar 
      1/4 cup milk 
      1 tsp vanilla                                                                                       


  1. Melt butter, when the butter has melted add milk and stir.
  2. Add sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes until it's thickened to a sauce-like consistency, then add the vanilla.
      Eat hot or cold
